The drawstring cord from a mother's hooded sweatshirt is apparently the most fun accessory ever, and it's conveniently available at all times and not able to be dropped.
Also in the running is the fringed afghan I made a few years ago because there are multicolored tassles to play with, the sofa itself (texture, movable cushions!) and lastly all place setting components. Unfortunately, those can be dropped!
