Got a pediatric specialist by random luck of the draw. She was stellar and got what we needed from RJ on short notice without skewering his arm for a long time. Ephiny is stellar for taking the 3 am to 5 am shift with a super-crabby fasting RJ. Jolly is stellar for his concern for his baby brother ("[RJ] is CRYING, Mummy. He's CRYING.") RJ is stellar for putting up with this, without even getting a pastry afterward.
Now, just waiting for results.
